Step 1 of 2

Start with the date.

One field. Put in the date and the rest of the form opens. Nothing is sent until you finish and press the button at the bottom.

If you are weighing two dates, put in the first one and say so in the message.

This does not check a live calendar. Availability is confirmed by hand, and you will hear back within one business day.

Step 2 of 2

Tell us about the event

Ten fields. Skip anything you genuinely do not know yet — “not sure” is a real answer and it does not slow the quote down.

Event date: not chosen yet Change date

The quote comes back here.

Only needed if you ask us to call or text.

Best way to reach you

Most of what we do is school, corporate, and private events. A small wedding is possible by enquiry — pick it and you will get a straight answer about fit.

When the doors open, not when you want us there.

Name of the school, hall, or venue.

Room size drives the price more than anything else. A rough number is fine.

What do you want?

Load-in quirks, the gym runs on one breaker, a do-not-play list, a budget ceiling you need us to hit. Blunt is useful.

For school bookings

These three save a week of email with your business office.

Or “independent” if you are not part of one.

Will you need a certificate of insurance?

Answer honestly and you will get an honest answer back. Coverage is being placed through the ADJA and is not bound yet, so there is no certificate to send today. Tell us your deadline and you will hear exactly where it stands before you commit to anything.

Or call or text (831) 264-8797 if you would rather just talk.

After you send it

What comes back, and when

  1. Within one business day.

Usually the same day. If it is a rush, put the deadline in the message and call — the phone is faster than any form.

  2. The first reply has two things in it.

Whether your date is open, and a price for what you described. Not a request for a call. If something in your enquiry changes the number, the reply says which part and by how much.

  3. If it is a school, the paperwork comes with it.

The itemised quote, the W-9, and your vendor packet, in the same email, ready to attach to a requisition.

  4. Nothing is held until the paperwork lands.

A signed PO or a 25% deposit takes the date off the calendar. We will hold it seven days while your approval moves, if you ask.

While you are here

Three things people ask at this point

“We only have a budget number, not a plan.”

Send the number. The packages are published on the pricing page, so you can see what a budget buys before you talk to anyone. If your number does not reach the room you have, we will say so rather than sell you a smaller rig for a bigger gym.

“It is a birthday, not a school dance.”

Same form. Birthdays, anniversaries, graduation parties, and karaoke parties all book through it — pick the closest event type and put the detail in the message. If the whole point of the night is singing, here is what a karaoke party looks like.

“We need insurance and clearance sorted before we can book.”

Tell us the deadline in the form. Insurance is being placed through the ADJA and is not bound yet; Live Scan clearance under Ed Code 45125.1 is in progress and takes about two weeks. You will get the actual status, in writing, before you commit to anything.

Not ready yet

Look before you send

The numbers are on the page. Nothing is behind a form.
